Our all-inclusive wedding decor rentals packages provide your reception with everything you need to transform your venue into an elegant affair. We provide the decorative linens, head table backdrop, specialty table decor, guest table decor, centrepieces, candles, and other accents.

We decorate wedding receptions in Edmonton, Banff, Jasper and beyond!

Ava Sophia Weddings & Events is a boutique Edmonton wedding rentals service, with full service set up & professional styling of your wedding decor at your wedding reception. We offer take down service (even after midnight!) and we provide transportation & delivery in and around Edmonton, Banff, Jasper, Lake Louise, Canmore, and Calgary.

We are fun, friendly and approachable, and we are here to work for you! We have head table backdrops, paper flower walls/backdrops, chair covers, luxe sequin tablecloths, chiavari chairs, table centrepieces, vases, silk flower arrangements, rose balls, candles, and high quality specialty decor like marquee signs and letters, star-lit birch trees, a vintage loveseat, over 8,000 silk flowers, kissing balls and rose balls.

WEDDING DECOR SET UP & TAKE DOWN PRICES

Supplying all your own decor and just need help setting up and taking down? We will show up on site at your pre-determined time and set up your entire wedding for you! Leave the heavy lifting and styling to the pros, and enjoy your wedding day. We can set up the day before, the day of, whatever you need!

  • $795 Includes 3 hours of Set Up and 1 hour Take Down (150 guests or less)
  • $895 Includes 4 hours of Set Up and 1.5 hours for Take Down (150-225 guests)
  • $995 Includes 5 hours of Set Up and 2 hours for Take Down (225-300 guests)

If the Set Up or Take Down should take more then the allotted time then the client will be billed $160/hour for each additional hour. Same-night dismantling is an additional $295.

SET UP & TAKE DOWN DETAILS

(rentals only, we do not set up tables or chairs)

  • All decor placement and quality assurance
  • Make certain the seating chart, gift, cake and head tables are set up with proper accessories
  • Centrepieces will be finalized, tables with linens (table cloths, chair covers, sashes, runners)
  • Table placement cards, favour arrangements
  • Final table inspections ensuring perfect styling of all decor elements

Additional consults $145/hour. Take down is the next day or same night for an additional $195. We do not move tables or chairs and we are not responsible for the cleaning of the venues but can for an additional fee. Looking for full rentals & set up? Check out our packages.
